Le CAPMA es un collectif qui s'oppose radicalement à l'impérialisme, au colonialisme, au capitalisme, au racisme et condamne toute forme d'exploitation, de discrimination et de domination.
Le CAPMA est un collectif anti-autoritaire et décentralisé qui s'oppose à toute hiérarchie.
Le CAPMA s'oppose à l'idéologie néolibéral et lutte pour un changement radical et en profondeur de la société.
Le CAPMA maintient des liens avec des organisations mapuche qui travaillent en coordination pour l'autonomie du Peuple Mapuche.
Le CAPMA s'oppose au fait de se faire financer par des institutions gouvernementales, ou des institutions liées à ces dernières, ONG's ou ecclésiastiques (complices colonialistes). Donc, le CAPMA maintient en tout temps son autonomie en tant que collectif.

The MapuChe Political prisoners have been for more than 14 days in an indefinite hunger strike, while being kept in a the Angol prison, and no agent from the state has pronounce any solutions to solve the issue of political prison for the MapuChes.

 

 

It has to be noted that since the past Monday March 13th, Patricia Troncoso, Patricio Marileo Saravia, Jaime Marileo Saravia, Juan Carlos Huenulao Lienmil, José Cariqueo Saravia y Juan Colihuinca Ancaluan started the mobilization for the freedom of all MapuChe political prisoners and have requested the revision of fail, for which they were condemned for 10years and a day, plus the payment of 423 million pesos in reparation for the Forestal Mininco. The conviction was racist and irregular, as the process has to use witnesses without faces, which until today receive big amounts of money and political protection. Also, the judges that gave the sentence copied a previous Fallo in order to be able to argue that the MapuChe were

 

terrorists.

 

 

Today a new trial, for the same case, in close doors is being done. Again, for the fourth time, the witnesses without faces, the police and the powerful landowners will give their accounts. Clearly, justice does not protect and is not made for the MapuChe People; rather justice is for the protection of transnationals and, especially, the millionaire inheritance of the Forestal Mininco.

 

 

Denounce the violation of Human Rights in the MapuChe Territory !

 

 

Demand the revision of the Terrorist judgment!

 

 

By contacting the Chilean Embassy, the Justice Courts, the National Fiscal, the National Defense Office, and the President of Chile. Demand explications about the persecution and criminalization of the demands by the MapuChe People and the use of the law N° 18.314 against them, which was created by Dictator Pinochet.

Je sugère aux journalistes et publique canadien d'appeller l'ambassade du Chili à Ottawa pour faire de la pression et aussi pour obliger  les autorités chiliennes à se pronnoncer sur cette grève politique de la faim.


J'ai appellé la prison d'Angol ( Chili ) et j'ai eu l'occasion de parler avec son directeur que finalment m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas des prisonniers ni prisonnière politique Mapuche dans sa prison. Finalment , il a convenu qu'il avait des Mapuche dans sa prison et en grève de la faim et qu.ils et elle allaient bien.                  Pierre Laroche

LOS VERDADEROS TERRORITAS SON LOS LADRONES KOLONIALISTAS!
Si en $hile se le llama terrorista al que lucha por la recuperación de las tierras que verdaderamente son de él, al que lucha por dar de  comer a sus hijos, al que resiste a una violenta represión, al que quiere salir de una prisión politica ... Como se le llama al que robó las tierras? Al que empobrece a un pueblo? Al que reprime violenta e injustamente a un pueblo? Al que discrimina, golpea y luego encarcela al que lucha por su pueblo?
