Agrupación familia y amigos de presos politicos mapuche

A la opinión pública nacional e internacional comunicamos lo siguiente: 
 

1-Debido a la prepotencia del actual gobierno socialista y de los engaños de instituciones como gendarmería, quienes trasladaron violentamente a la cárcel de Temuko  a los prisioneros políticos mapuche que llevan ya 50 días en huelga de hambre, acciones que se acentuaron  particularmente sobre Patricia Troncoso quien tuvo que permanecer engrillada toda la noche del día sábado 29 de abril  en la enfermería de la cárcel, aimismo fueron violentados y obligados a recibir suero a lo cual se resistieron.  Por ello Patricia Troncoso, Juan Huenulao, Jaime y Patricio Marileo han decidido que dependiendo de las respuestas del Estado chileno, iniciarán una huelga de carácter seca, como única forma de hacer entender la demanda por la cual se están movilizando, ya que cualquier acuerdo que se haga debe trascender a la palabra, porque ya se tiene la experiencia de que los acuerdos de palabra para el Estado chileno no tiene valor.
 

2-Creemos que los engaños y maniobras de Gendarmería obedecen a órdenes directas de sus superiores, y del Ministro de Justicia Isidro Solís, quien debe haber aprendido y practicado todo tipo de técnicas de montaje y mentiras cuando fue el primer director de la Dirección de Seguridad Publica, organismo de inteligencia del gobierno (DISPI). Ya que se han encargado de difundir públicamente que los presos políticos mapuche movilizados aceptaron el traslado y recibir suero de manera voluntaria, esto obedece a una estrategia del gobierno de bajar el perfil y cambiar el sentido real de nuestras demandas, manipulando descaradamente la información.

REVISIÓN DEL FALLO POR INCENDIO TERRORISTA QUE CONDENO A 10 AÑOS Y UN DIA A LOS PRESOS POLITICOS MAPUCHE EN HUELGA DE HAMBRE  Y QUE EL ESTADO CHILENO SE HAGA PARTE DE ESTA EXIGENCIA.

LIBERTAD IMMEDIATA A TODOS LOS PRESOS POLITICOS MAPUCHE (PASCUAL PICHUN, ANICETO NORIN, RAFAEL PICHUN, VICTOR ANCALAF, PATRICIA TRONCOSO, JUAN HUENULAO, PATRICIO MARILEO Y JAIME MARILEO.

NO MÁS LEY ANTITERRORISTA CONTRA CUALQUIER LUCHADOR SOCIAL.

Public Communiqué 

Grouping of the families and friends of the MapuChe Political Prisoners

We would like to communicate to the national and international public opinion:

1-Due to the arrogance of the socialist government and the deceive of the institutions such as Gendarmeria; which transferred the four  Mapuche Political Prisoners violently and forcefully nourished them via intravenous injection of serum when they were on their 50th day of hunger strike and  particularly mistreating Patricia Troncoso, who was kept chained in the infirmary of the prison; Patricia Troncoso, Juan Hueulao, Jaime Marileo and Patricio Marileo have decided that they will begin a Thirst Strike, if the Chilean Government doesn’t reach a commitment other than verbal.  The four Mapuche Political Prisoners have been taught by experience that the verbal commitments of the Chilean State are not of great value.

2-The Mapuche Political Prisoners believe that the actions and deceptions of the Gendarmeria are a result of superior orders from the Minister of Justice, Isidro Solis, who has already experience in all kinds of trickery and lies from the period he was First Director of the government’s intelligence agency  Dirección de Seguridad Publica (DISPI).  The Minister of Justice has been the one who has declared the lie that the Mapuche Political Prisoners have willingly accepted the transfer and the injection of serum.  All this is part of the strategy to change the nature and minimize the demands of the Mapuche Political Prisoners by shamefully manipulating information.

WE DEMAND THE REVIEW OF THE SENTENCE IMPOSED ON THE POLITICAL PRISONERS ON HUNGER STRIKE TO 10 YEARS OF PRISON UNDER THE ACCUSATION OF TERRORIST ARSON.  WE DEMAND THE CHILEAN GOVERNMENT TO TAKE AN ACTIVE ROLE ON THIS EXIGENCY.

INMEDIATE FREEDOOM FOR ALL MAPUCHE POLITICAL PRISONERS (PASCUAL PICHUN, ANICETO NORIN, RAFAEL PICHUN, VICTOR ANCALAF, PATRICIA TRONCOSO, JUAN HUENULAO, PATRICIO MARILEO Y JAIME MARILEO.)

NO MORE ANTI-TERRORIST LAWS AGAINST SOCIAL FIGHTERS

Nous communiquons ceci à l'opinion publique nationale et internationale:

1- En dépit de la toute puissance  de l’actuel gouvernement socialiste et des mensonges des institutions telles que la gendarmerie, dont les agents ont violemment transferés à la prison de Temuko les prisoniers politiques mapuche en grève de la fin depuis maintenant 50 jours, la détermination des prisonniers se poursuit et atteint un niveau encore plus grand.  PATRICIA TRONCOSO , qui,  menotée, a dû passer toute la nuit du samedi 29 avril à l’infirmerie de la prison, au  même endroit où les prisonniers mapuche furent obligés a recevoir du serum, ce à quoi ils ont résisté. C’est pour cette raison que PATRICIA TRONCOSO, JUAN HUENULAO, JAIME et  PATRICIO MARILEO ont decidé, en réponse à l'immobilisme de l’État chilien, de poursuivre la grève de la faim sans eau, pour envoyer un message clair au gouvernement afin qu'il entende enfin leurs demandes.  Les Mapuches ne sont pas dupes, ils savent très bien que tout accord doit transcender la parole et s'exprimer par l'action, car ils savent que la parole du gouvernement chilien n'a aucune valeur.

2- Nous croyons que les manoeuvres politiques et les mensonges de la gendarmerie tiennent leurs sources  en haut lieux, voire du ministre de la justice lui-même, Isidro Solis.  C'est très certainement lorsqu'il était à la tête de la direction de la sécurité publique que Solis a appris et expérimenté une panoplie de techniques de manipulations et de mensonges qu'il met en pratique tel un élève modèle aujourd'hui.  En effet, les médias ont diffusé cette information que les Mapuche en grève de la faim aurait volontairement accepté un transfert vers la prison de Temuko où ils auraient reçu un sérum pour les soutenir.  Tout cela n'est rien de moins qu'une stratégie du gouvernement pour manipuler la population,  semer la confusion au sein des communautés mapuche et réduire la portée des demandes des prisonniers en grève de la faim. 

Nous exigeons la révision du jugement pour incendie terroriste et la condamnation à 10 ans et un jour  des prisonniers politiques mapuche en grève de la faim.   Que l’État chilien lui-même  porte cette exigence.

Liberté immédiate pour tous les prisonniers politiques mapuche: PATRICIA TRONCOSO,  JUAN HUENULAO, PATRICIO MARILEO Y JAIME MARILEO et ... PASCUAL PICHUN, ANICETO NORIN, RAFAEL PICHUN, VICTOR ANCALAF.

Plus jamais de loi anti–terroriste contre n’importe quel combattants sociaux.
